Flag Printing

We manufacture any flags from the standard flags, sizes 1.8m x 1.2m and 3m x 1.8m to extreme flags, that is available in 6 variants ranging in size from 800mm wide and 2m - 6m in height. These flags are printed on polyester flag material. Low quantities are digitally printed and bigger quantities are screen printed.

Extreme Printed Flags

These flags are also known as Teardrop flags, Feather flags, Sharkfin Flags and although these are actually flags they are also known as banner flags.

These types of flags, other than the standard flags doesn't need wind to keep it's shape meaning that it can be used outdoors as well as indoors.

Because of patent rights that an overseas company got on teardrop flags, most of the local companies do not manufacture teardrop flags any more, because we have to pay a cut for copyrights. The closest to Teardrop flags are the Sharkfin flag that is also one of the more popular flag choices.

About our Flags:

• We print all our flags using a super-strong polyester Fabric Flag Material
• Our 4 colour printing process provides brilliant saturated colour that is U.V. resistant for 2 years
• Double-stitched reinforced hems, canvas pocket and eyelets provide excellent durability
• No constraints on size (subject to wind-loading considerations) on the flags
• No minimum order quantity, but 50% extra is charged on single orders
• Graphic Design Service available (from R350 per hour), working from your sketches or ideas

A carry bag and a ground spike accompany the flags. A floor stand for indoor use is available at an additional cost of approximately R450.00.
Flags can also be printed double sided. In this case two flags are stitched together and this price ranges about 50% more.

Flag Fountains

This is a compact cluster of four or five flagpoles rising from a common base. The aluminium flagpoles can be extended to 6m high (almost two storeys), and the central base is a heavy-duty powder-coated steel. In many ways, this unit resembles a giant vase of long stemmed roses, where four of the five flagpoles rise at an 80 degree angle to the ground. Conventional banner-type flags are easy to attach to each flagpole. The flags are attached prior to the insertion of the flagpole into its position in the base. Depending on the size of each flag and whether one opts for a four- or five-pole unit, the branded area varies between 10 square meter, and a massive 20 square meter. The Flag Fountain is attention-grabbing as the slightest breeze creates movement. It is easy to transport in the back seat of most passenger cars, and can be erected and dismantled in a matter of minutes.

Each pole breaks down in the same way that tent poles collapse and fold. The entire package weighs only 18kgs. The units can be used both indoors and on grassy outdoor areas, and are ideal for exhibitions, store-openings, conferences, golf days, shopping-mail promotions, roadside displays etc.
