PVC banner material comes mainly in 350 and 500 grams per square metre.
We use the 350 grams because its durable enough for outdoor use. The 500 grams is mainly used on heavy motor vehicles for their side panels. Banners can also be printed on polyester flag material.
This type of material
is more practical because it folds up smaller without any creases and its lighter for easier
transportation. Polyester flag material doesn't have much wind resistance making it perfect
for a windy day, but the colour seems a bit faded on the polyester due to the texture of the
material.
