We manufacture all kinds of badges in any shape or size, from button badges to name badges/tags. We can
engrave onto the badges or print a sticker and place it on the badges, we can even resin coat your badges/tags to give it a
domed or glazed effect. Redblock digital has been manufacturing badges since 2004.
Button Badges
The button badges that we manufacture are the round tin badges. Button badges are very
popular these days and can be found in almost any shop. You can put any design, logo or even your own branding on it.
Name Tags/Badges
You have the choice if you want a magnet or a pin on the back of your badges. On smaller name badges we only use single magnet and on larger badges a double magnet. The magnet backing is much more popular than the pin backing because with the pin the risk of damaging clothing exists, even though this is very unlikely. The magnet is quite a bit heavier than the pin, but this does not cause any discomfort.
The name badges are made of rowmark, which is a plastic based material which is popular because it has the same look as silver, gold or copper. This material is available in a hige variety of different colours. The top 0.2mm layer is not the same colour as the rest of the sheet, this results in a contrast when you engrave letters, consulting rooms (mounted onto a wooden block usually), names on desks etc.
